   First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick
   question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested
   to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.

   I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
   I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

   Aw, this was an incredibly nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to create a great article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a whole lot and never manage
   to get anything done.
